1. Using Y3nkasa
You need a phone-verified account for most of the app. You're responsible for your account and wallet PIN, and everything that happens under them.
2. The marketplace
Store, Services, Food, Vote, and Tickets let users buy from, book, and pay other users directly. Y3nkasa provides the platform and payment rails — it is not the seller, provider, organizer, or host for another user's listing, and isn't a party to that transaction.
3. Wallet & payments
Wallet top-ups are processed by Paystack. Most in-app payments are instant and final. Where funds are held in escrow pending fulfillment, they're released on your confirmation or refunded if a dispute resolves in your favor.
4. Disputes
Raise a dispute in the app before confirming completion if something doesn't go as agreed. An admin reviews it and decides whether funds are released or refunded.
5. Acceptable use
Don't list anything illegal or misrepresent what you're selling, harass or defraud other users, manipulate votes/ratings/payouts, or use the app to launder money. We may suspend accounts that violate this.
6. Termination
You can delete your account any time. We may suspend or close one for fraud, abuse, or violating these terms. Remaining wallet balance is refundable per our support process.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The app is provided "as is." We're not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of other users' listings, beyond our stated dispute process. [Have counsel finalize liability-limitation language for your jurisdiction.]
